When Sarah “Paddy” Jones took to the stage for the first time in her life with her dancing partner Nico Espinosa in the UK, the charming grandmother was simply the only one who saw her. Little did they know that Paddy had practiced classical dance since he was two and a half years old and had taken flamenco and acrobatics classes after her husband’s death.
As they danced, Alesha Dixon watched intently as Paddy and Nico opened their mouths wide as he walked the senior dancer around the stage. At the same time, Amanda Dixon laughed out loud at the couple as they made a wonderful turn. Simon Cowell was watching his mouth and incredibly, when the dancing grandmother was able to make every visual success and glanced at the whole audience, she seemed to say: “I still got it.”
David Williams also joined the other judges in astonishment, as he was left alone with a senior member dancing to laugh and shout enthusiastically. After the performance of the duo, the only person left for the judges and the audience was to applaud loudly.
The following video shows Nico and Paddy demonstrating all their amazing dance acrobatic skills to Puerto Rican singer Ricky Martin’s “She Bangs”. Receiving a one-time standing ovation from the judges.
All the performances of Paddy Jones show that he is not a pony with one trick, but just an experienced dancer. His movements and talents have even gone so far as to establish him as the “Oldest Acrobatic Salsa Dancer” in the Guinness Book of World Records.
Below we present a vide. of all the performances made by the iconic dancing duo Paddy and Nico, who over the years have been able to impress the Got Talent judges of Great Britain and the whole audience many times over the years.
